Stoxora is a game for learning how investing works. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Stoxora.

Stoxora is practice, not investing

No real money is ever involved and no real trades are ever placed on your behalf. Every account starts with $10,000.00 of simulated cash. Buying and selling moves numbers in your practice portfolio and nothing else — you cannot deposit money, you cannot withdraw money, and your simulated gains have no cash value.

Nothing in Stoxora is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. The daily, weekly and monthly briefings are written by an AI model from market data and may be incomplete or wrong. Challenges, XP and levels reward practice habits, not good investment decisions. Real investing carries real risk of loss; decide what to do with real money with a qualified adviser, not with us.

Who can use Stoxora

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to your use of Stoxora, and by signing up you confirm they have. We do not knowingly create accounts for children under 13; if we learn we have, we delete the account and its data.

Your account

• Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens on your account.
• One account per person. Do not create accounts for other people.
• Give us an email address you can actually receive mail at — we need it to confirm you.

Fair use

Do not attack, scrape, overload or reverse-engineer Stoxora, do not try to reach other learners' data, and do not use it to spam, harass or break the law. We may suspend or delete accounts that do — and we may add rate limits at any time to keep the service running for everyone.

Market data and AI content

Prices come from a third-party market data provider and are delayed, partial or otherwise different from the price you would get at a real broker. Briefings are generated by an AI model. We do our best to keep both accurate, but we do not guarantee it and you should not rely on either.

Availability and changes

Stoxora is provided "as is", without warranties, and may be unavailable, changed or discontinued at any time. Your practice portfolio may be reset if we need to change how the game works. To the fullest extent the law allows, Stoxora is not liable for any loss arising from your use of Stoxora.

If we make a material change to these terms we will say so in the app. Continuing to use Stoxora after that means you accept the new version.

Ending your account

You can stop using Stoxora whenever you like and ask us to delete your account by emailing support@stoxora.com. We may close accounts that break these terms.
